1. Who operates the store

This website is operated by U-SHINE Jewelry, based at 641 Lowell St, Lawrence, MA 01841, United States. For support, use the official contact page.

2. Orders & confirmation

Adding a product to your bag does not guarantee a reservation. An order is confirmed after payment is authorized and U-SHINE sends confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable before confirmation, the corresponding amount will be returned to the original payment method.

3. Prices, shipping & taxes

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is $5 and becomes free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $100. Applicable taxes are calculated for the delivery address and shown at checkout before payment is confirmed.

4. Availability

Availability may change between adding an item to your bag and order confirmation. If U-SHINE cannot fulfill a paid order, we will communicate the cancellation and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

5. Shipping & delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 hours from Lawrence, Massachusetts, to every U.S. state. Transit time depends on destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for reviewing the delivery address before confirming payment.

6. Returns

Returns are free and may be requested within 30 days of delivery. The process begins through the contact page and follows instructions provided by the U-SHINE team. The full shipping and returns policy is part of these terms.

7. Products, photography & color

Product pages show the known characteristics of each item and real photography supplied for the catalog. Color, shine, and contrast may vary by screen and lighting. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions about finish, size, or details.

8. Permitted site use

You agree to provide accurate information and not use the site for fraud, card testing, improper automated catalog extraction, or activity that harms store operations. Suspicious activity may be blocked and recorded for security purposes.

9. Intellectual property

The U-SHINE name, logos, photography, copy, and site design are protected. Organic social sharing is welcome with credit. Use in advertising, resale listings, or to represent third-party products requires permission.

10. Customer-submitted content

Photos, reviews, and messages remain yours. U-SHINE may republish that content only with permission and must remove it upon request.

11. Warranty

Every U-SHINE piece includes a one-year warranty. Requests are reviewed by the team using the order number and supporting information provided. The warranty does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Communications

Transactional messages about orders, payments, shipping, returns, or warranty support are part of the service. Marketing communications require consent and must include an easy way to unsubscribe.

13. Resolving concerns
